I was working at a corporate gifting company, sourcing products and assembling hampers for clients. I kept noticing the same problem. Most gifts felt generic - mass-produced, forgettable, and completely disconnected from the brand they were supposed to represent.
One evening, while discussing this with my wife Varsha, the idea came up:
What if we built our own company that took gifting seriously?
What if every gift was actually curated, premium, and meaningful?
That conversation became Kaushikie. We exist because corporate gifting shouldn't be transactional. It should be intentional.
It should feel like care, not obligation.
